These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gnoma (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Gnoma is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The workouts, weights, intensities, and any other guidance generated by the Service are produced by an AI model for general informational and fitness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or supervision by a qualified coach or healthcare provider.
Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury or medical condition, or have any concern about your ability to exercise safely. Exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. You participate in any workout entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other symptom of distress.
AI-generated programming may contain errors or be inappropriate for your fitness level. Always use your own judgment, scale movements and weights to your ability, and do not attempt anything that feels unsafe.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Gnoma. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Free tier. Gnoma offers a free tier with a limited number of AI workout generations per calendar month.
- Gnoma Rx. Gnoma Rx is a paid subscription offering unlimited generations, full workout history, unlimited favorites, and personalized programming. It is offered on monthly and annual plans at the prices displayed in the app.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Gnoma Rx access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods.
- Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms. Where a subscription is purchased through a mobile app store, that store's billing and refund policies may also apply.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI provider, including attempts to circumvent usage limits.
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the workout descriptions and stats you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content as needed to operate the Service — including sending prompts to our AI provider to generate workouts and storing your saved workouts. You are responsible for the content you submit.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for your needs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gnoma and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any personal injury, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any workout generated by it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
